A quick Google search led me to MAC Garage Doors and its owner, Mario Cruz. Mario made a house-call within 2 hours of my urgent call and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He returned early the next day (Sunday) to install a new, more powerful, and technologically advanced unit. He arrived at exactly the time scheduled, was fast, thorough, and completely professional during both visits to my home. It seems that things tend to break at the worst possible times. This was true for me early Saturday morning, which happened to be the beginning of the long, Memorial Day weekend. The garage door refused to work no matter what I did. I called Mario, owner of MAC Garage Doors and he was at my home so quickly, especially for a weekend day, that I was surprised and extremely pleased. He proceeded to trouble-shoot and it became clear that my 14-year-old opener had done its job for the last time. I agreed with Mario that a new one was in necessary and I was even more shocked and pleased that he would be able to install the new opener the very next morning (a Sunday). He arrived at exactly the time we had agreed to and had completely upgraded the associated wiring, re-worked the support structure, and serviced the actual door within one hour. Mario is an exceptionally skilled professional, fast, accurate, and he left no debris behind. I can gladly provide the highest ratings for his excellent service. I talked to Mr. Cruz over the phone about the replacement of my garage door, I found him on the website. The next day he came to my house to inspect the garage door. I left a note with someone explaining what type of garage door, and color I wanted. He called me that evening to tell me the price of the garage door, and his services, along with he needed to replace the trim around the door at no addition charge and he could start on Thursday. within his price he included a new door opener, and an outdoor keypad, and two extra additions (strut/springs) to the garage. He did the work around a car that is down, and I could not get out of the garage. I live in a home association community, so I was up against time and he came through. You are honest and a good person, we need more of you in the world today.
